Arts & Minds

Building a more creative, connected and mentally healthy Leeds.

Arts & Minds is a creative partner, and companion service to the Recovery College, using arts and community activities to support wellbeing, connection and recovery.

Arts & Minds is free to join and open to adults 18+ living, working or volunteering in Leeds. No referral or diagnosis needed.

We believe in the power of creativity to support mental health and wellbeing. Whether you're an artist, mental health service user, carer, NHS worker, community organisation , or simply passionate about the ares and wellbeing - we welcome you.

You don't need to be artistic, just open to trying things out and seeing if creativity is for you.
