Wellbeing and recovery courses
Longer courses, which run at the same time, same place for a set number of weeks. These courses focus on supporting wellbeing, mental health recovery and figuring out what works for you. With at least two facilitators in each course, we focus on interaction and discussion, providing an opportunity for sharing ideas and exploring the different topics together.
