Map Your Boundaries (health and care staff wellbeing)
Letting go of harsh self-talk, building inner encouragement, and creating space for growth.
Description
Full‑day staff wellbeing workshop
Boundaries aren’t walls - they’re how we protect our energy, honour our needs, and show up more fully for what matters. This full‑day workshop gives you the space and guidance to understand your limits and communicate them with clarity and kindness.
In this workshop you will:
-
Explore where your boundaries currently sit and where you’d like them to be
-
Understand why saying “no” can feel difficult or selfish
-
Learn embodied tools for naming and communicating your needs
-
Practise setting limits without over‑explaining or shutting down.
The day includes guided reflection, paired conversations, somatic exercises and creative activities. You’ll leave with a personalised Needs Map and practical commitments you’ve chosen for yourself.
