Mapping Your Edges: Exploring Healthy Boundaries (community course)

Understanding what boundaries are, why they matter, and how to begin setting them with care.

Description

Turning Kindness Inward: Practicing Self-Compassion & Navigating Burnout

4-session community wellbeing course.

Where do you end and everything else begins?

Sometimes we don’t realise our boundaries have been crossed until we feel overwhelmed, drained, or off balance. Life can blur the edges—whether it’s pressure to say “yes,” people-pleasing, or the quiet habit of putting others first.

This course is a space to gently explore your own limits. To notice where you feel stretched, and where you need room to breathe. You’ll learn how healthy boundaries can support your wellbeing—and how to honour them with clarity, care, and confidence.

“This helped me realise I can protect my energy and still care about others.”
