We’re excited to invite you to a special Taster afternoon, hosted by Leeds Recovery College in partnership with Arts & Minds – and you’re warmly welcome, whether you’re a member of the public, a current or former student, a community partner, or someone simply curious about what we do. 

  
This is your chance to try out what we offer, all in one place, and explore how creativity and recovery come together to support wellbeing.  
  
What's happening...  
This informal and interactive event will feature: 

  • Mini workshops on some of our most popular courses, including WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Planning®, Self-compassion and Wellbeing, and Healthy Boundaries. 

  • Creative tasters from our partner service the Arts & Minds Network 

  • Information stalls where you can meet some of our facilitator team. 

  • Opportunity to sign up for upcoming courses and workshops on the day,or just come along to browse and see what's on offer. 

  • Whether you’re completely new or already part of Recovery College, everyone is welcome.  

 

For professionals and partners 
This is also a great opportunity for anyone working in health, care or community settings to: 
 

  • Find out how to signpost people to the Recovery College 

  • Discover more about the Arts & Minds Network, and what they have on offer 

  • Learn about how we support recovery through accessible, person-centered learning.
