Map Your Boundaries

Understanding what boundaries are, why they matter, and how to begin setting them with care.

Description

4‑week community wellbeing course

Boundaries aren’t walls - they’re how we protect our energy, honour our needs, and show up more fully for what matters. This 4-week course gives you the space and guidance to understand your limits and communicate them with clarity and kindness.

In this course you will:

  • Explore where your boundaries currently sit and where you’d like them to be

  • Understand why saying “no” can feel difficult or selfish.

  • Learn embodied tools for naming and communicating your needs.

  • Practise setting limits without over‑explaining or shutting down.

The course includes guided reflection, paired conversations, somatic exercises and creative activities. You’ll leave with a personalised Needs Map and practical commitments you’ve chosen for yourself.

Who is it for?

This free course is open to everyone, whether you have lived experience of mental health challenges, work in a caring role, or simply feel it's time to be a little kinder to yourself. No referral needed, no prior experience required. Just come as you are.
