Nurture Self-Compassion

Letting go of harsh self-talk, building inner encouragement, and creating space for growth.

Description

3‑week community wellbeing course

What would it be like to treat yourself with the same care you offer others? This course gives you space to pause, notice how you’re doing, and respond to yourself with kindness rather than criticism. You’ll explore what self‑compassion looks like in everyday life and how small shifts in self‑talk can support your wellbeing.

In this course you will:

  • Understand what self‑compassion really is - and why it matters

  • Recognise signs of emotional overwhelm

  • Respond to your inner critic with care instead of judgment

  • Reconnect with what helps you feel grounded and supported

  • Practise self‑kindness techniques

You’ll be part of a supportive group with plenty of space for reflection and gentle practice.

Who is it for?

This free course is open to everyone, whether you have lived experience of mental health challenges, work in a caring role, or simply feel it's time to be a little kinder to yourself. No referral needed, no prior experience required. Just come as you are.

You can expect from us:

  • A safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment

  • A friendly and interactive delivery style

  • A mix of reflection, group discussion and practice-based learning
