Join us for a friendly and informal introductory session to learn more about Leeds Recovery College.  

In this hour-long session, we’ll provide an overview of what Leeds Recovery College is all about, and how our approach to learning supports wellbeing by combining both lived and learnt experiences of mental health. 

We’ll discuss the various courses and workshops available, how they are structured, and what you can expect when attending Recovery College for the first time. Whether you’re interested in understanding mental health and wellbeing better, or seeking ways to enhance your own mental health, this session will highlight hour our emphasis on personal experience and practical tools can aid in your journey toward wellbeing and recovery from mental health challenges. 

This session is designed to provide you with the information you need in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you have questions about what we offer, how our courses operate, or anything else, we’ll have time to answer any questions you may have.  

 

In this introductory session, we will: 

  • Share information about Leeds Recovery College and the different courses we offer. 

  • Explore our co-facilitation approach to courses, highlighting how they may differ from traditional training experiences.  

  • Answer any questions you may have about enrolling in our courses.
