Description

Turning Kindness Inward: Practicing Self-Compassion & Navigating Burnout

4-session community wellbeing course

What would it be like to treat yourself with the same care you offer others?

When life gets busy—or you’re focused on helping everyone else—it’s easy to put your own needs last. Over time, that can leave you feeling stretched thin, overwhelmed, or just... flat.

This course is a chance to turn some of that kindness inward. To pause, notice how you're really doing, and respond with care instead of criticism. Together, we’ll explore what self-compassion looks like in everyday life—and how small shifts in how you speak to yourself can make a big difference.

“I didn’t realise how much pressure I was under until I gave myself permission to be kind.”
