Saying What Matters: Finding your Assertive Voice (community course)

Communicating clearly and kindly, asking for what you need, and standing firm without losing connection.

Description

4-week community wellbeing course

Speaking up for yourself can feel uncomfortable—especially in personal relationships, services, or workplace settings. You might say ‘yes’ when you mean ‘no’, avoid conflict, or struggle to express what you really feel.

This course explores how to communicate clearly and kindly while standing your ground. Assertiveness isn’t about being forceful—it’s about being respectful to yourself and others. It’s about confidence, clarity, and connection.
