An informal introductory session to introduce WRAP and what to expect from our Wellness Recovery Action Plan® courses.

WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan®) is a self-created plan for living well, offering health and care staff a safe, inclusive space to explore mental health and wellness through a culturally relevant lens.
