Our wellbeing courses and workshops are free for adults (18+) in Leeds to learn more about mental health and explore ways to support your personal wellbeing. Additionally, we offer workshops and events for people working in the Leeds Health and Care system. If you're part of the NHS, a charity, or Leeds City Council, our Health and Care Staff programme is also free for you.
